this summer bryan informed me of negative ions.
they are what’s in nature that make you feel good, mentally and physically.
they’re found in abundance near crashing waves, waterfalls, in the mountains, after a rain storm, etc.
positive ions are found in urban settings, and known to cause mental and physical disturbances.
luckily we can find waves at the edge of new york city, and waterfalls just an hour up state.
