I was assigned to shoot the prelims of the Maloof Money Cup in Queens on Saturday. They built a legit street course and the pros were throwing down for a $100,000 grand prize. These kinds of things never represent the best of skateboarding, but it was still interesting to watch.
Wow great shots Bryan, I bet you covered this the best of anyone.
Dido on Danilo’s comment. What a great thing to get payed to do!
Must be really tough to get close enough at these events, esp when you are rocking prime lenses. Do you feel that? Good work though, especially the last shot, what a winner. I’m going to try to shoot a rodeo this summer. I might just have to buy a zoom lens like this. I don’t want a cow to ram me in the head.
You really got in there man, these are some great photos. Well covered but where is Mr. Dollin?
the forth one from bottom up and the one where the skater is directly in front of the globe are so sick! the last one is really awesome, too.
Hey Bryan,
The last picture is my daughter Bella. Super cute. I think we actually met once a while back at saved gallery maybe. If you don’t mind could you email me the picture of Bella hanging on the board.
Thanks.
Winnie

Hell yeah Bryan. Nice meeting you!
