Last summer I was all about negative ions in waves and waterfalls. This summer (2013), getting grounded as all the rage – walking barefoot to connect with the earth, absorbing the negative charge on the earth’s surface, grounding the electric charges in your body. It’s a magical feeling, and happens pretty infrequently in modern city life.
