Late last July, I ended up in Oakland working on a story about Scraper Bikes for POC Mag. I spent a couple days mobbing around the neighborhood with Baybe Champ, who was blasting music out the speakerbox of his three-wheeler. The folks at California Is A Place did a phenomenal video piece about the Scraper Bike movement. My time with Champ was a little more quiet.
